Warranty Period
EMPOLO warrants to its customers that all products under the EMPOLO brand are free from defects in material, manufacturing and design at the time of shipment. We provide a limited warranty of 5 years from the date of purchase shown on the original invoice and not to exceed 6 years from the date of manufacture, whichever comes first.
Warranty claims do not extend the warranty period. Any repair or replacement under this warranty will not restart or extend the original period of use.
Written Notice of Defects
To initiate a warranty claim, the customer must provide written notice of the defect to EMPOLO or the authorized dealer from which the product was originally purchased. The notice must be submitted within two months of the date the defect was first discovered or should have been noticed.

Guaranteed Resolution
Upon receipt of a valid claim, EMPOLO reserves the right to:
- Repair the defective product
- Replace with a product of the same model, finish and quality
- Refund the original purchase price
- If the product has been discontinued, EMPOLO may offer a similar or newer model.
Quality Confidence Backed by Craftsmanship
For on-site repairs by a third party technician, prior written approval from EMPOLO is required. In this case, EMPOLO will provide the necessary spare parts free of charge. If the repair is performed directly by EMPOLO, we will cover the costs of labour, parts and any agreed shipping.
In the case of a complete replacement, the original product must be returned. The customer is responsible for collecting the replacement item from the nearest authorized dealer unless otherwise arranged in writing.
Eligibility Requirements
For the warranty to be valid, the following conditions must be strictly met:
1. The product must be installed and maintained by a licensed plumber or authorized technician
2. The installation must follow EMPOLO's technical and care guidelines
3. The water supply pipes must be properly flushed prior to installation
4. The water pressure must meet local plumbing standards
5. The installation must be performed in accordance with the included installation drawings and user manual
6. The warranty only applies to the product when used as intended in residential or commercial bathrooms and kitchens
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not apply to the following:
1. Wearing parts such as o-rings, seals, soap dispensing pumps
2. Fragile items such as light bulbs, mirrors and glass parts
3. Consumable items such as filters, aerators, batteries
4. Minor deviations in finish or appearance that do not affect functionality
5. Damage caused by scale, sediment or water hammer (especially from hot water pipes)
6. Improper installation, misuse or lack of maintenance
7. Damage caused by harsh chemicals, abrasives or cleaning agents not approved by EMPOLO
8. Products for use in high-chlorine
environments, such as swimming pools
9. Items sold as-is or as samples
10. Unauthorized modifications or alterations to the product
Loss of warranty coverage
The warranty will be considered void in the following cases:
1. The product is not installed or repaired by a qualified professional
2. The installation, maintenance or use instructions are not followed
3. Defects caused by improper transportation, handling or force majeure (such as fire, flood, natural disasters).
4. The product is used outside of its intended function or environment
5. Evidence of intentional damage, negligence or unauthorized repair
6. Product damage caused by foreign objects in the water supply or improper water supply conditions
7. Uncovered repairs and costs
If upon inspection, the defect is determined not to be covered, the following will be the responsibility of the customer:
1. Shipping and product return costs
2. Inspection diagnosis fees
3. Labor costs for removal, reinstallation or third-party services
4. Cost of replacement parts (if repairs are performed at the request of the customer)
